How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. All Lumia Paris orders are fully trackable. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. If you encounter any issues with tracking, feel free to contact our support team.
When will my order be shipped? Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following business day.
Can you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship to most international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that we currently do not ship to military bases.

Some of our rings are adjustable, meaning one size fits most; this will always be clearly indicated in the product description. If you are unsure, our customer support team is happy to assist you.

- Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
- Personalized items cannot be returned
