Return & Refund Policy 

At Lumia Paris, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you with a simple and transparent return and refund process.


1. Returns Eligibility You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Be returned in their original packaging, including all protective materials
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

3. How to Initiate a Return To request a return, please contact us at contactlumiaparis1@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Our customer care team will provide you with return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Lumia Paris is not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


6. Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Please return the original item following the return process
  • Place a new order for the desired item

7. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


8. Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

9. International Returns For international returns:

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Any return shipping fees remain the customer's responsibility
